i see all in one video tuners with built in video cards cheap dirt cheap cheaper than a single pc tuner. so is it ok to use my 8500 agp with a 8 mb all in pci/tv tuner. and if not which brand tv tuner do you recommend. video capture is not needed, but if it comes with it thats ok.
