Win2k Pro + DOS games

Basically I'm trying to play the original Warcraft, but I don't wanna dual-boot for it.

It won't work for me right now, but it might be due to my video card not having the old vesa drivers. I don't know.

Anyways, I heard you could get a DOS emulation sort of. I have the compatibility patch downloaded, but I can't set it to use Win95/98 because it's an .exe and the option isnt there.

Any help?

When you right-click the shortcut to the Warcraft *.exe and select "Properties", is the "Compatibility" tab present? If not, I would suspect you don't have the latest version of the "Compatibility Update" installed, which is available from the Windows Update site.;)
