what to look for in a tutalain?

well im about to buy a 1.2ghz celeron to go with my gigabyte board.
what should i be looking for? like region made, oem or retail. stuff like this before i go and buy one.

Look for a philly chip. I have a local reseller that has the philly retails. O yes I have the itch to buy one. $120
