I just bought a external usb/e-sata drive and i cant get my mobo to see this drive.It works fine in usb 2.0(except its slow).Ive heard the P6t Deluxe has a problem with E-sata devices.I even updated the bios to 1606 which is suppose to help with this issue but no luck.Anyone else figure this out

Do you have the JMicron controller turned on? Boot the system with the drive plugged in and see if it shows up in bios.

Well i got it working i just had to install marvell sata drivers for Vista 64.NO drivers for W7 64 yet

here is a screen shot.Not bad for a e-sata device i guess.Using a Western Digital RE2 WD1601ABYS 160GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb
