Asus rampage extreme water cooling! Need Help!

Helo.

I have a asus rampage extreme x48, and i want to water cool it.

But it is the first time i water cooling, so i have som quastions!

I want to water cool my CPU, and the chipsett. The CPU is no problem. But im not sure what i need to have to the chip!

1: Is it 1/2" ore 3/8"?

2: Can i use high-speed system?

3: Is it somthing other i need to know?

Unfortunately i know nothing about the motherboard or about water cooling it, so you'll have to wait for someone else with my knowledge then me on that front.
