I use a tiny amount of Dawn on a q-tip. Follow up with q-tip H2O rinse and a little isopropyl alcohol to make sure it is spotless.

Lots of Q-tips and rubbing alcohol. Do one section at a time and change the Q-tips often.

i used a lot of Dawn and a lot water, and then a 120mm fan. worked wonderfully. i hope they fixed the horrible syringe on ASIII :)

Rubbing alcohol and lots of cotton balls. Hint use at least 90% pure, and make sure to blow off any lint or dust prior to ASII application. I think soap introduces too much moisture, just my opion though.
