Well take it for what its worth but...

Mentioned since games on demand will chew up HDD space, well of course, among other features and such they want to up there capacity. 60GB could be phasing out, 120GB would become the standard, and 500GB would be the top. Thats right a 500GB drive!

I truely hate to see what MS's pricing would be on such a drive, makes me feel sad that I got a 120Gig not to long ago but at least it will treat me well for a while.

More like $625 if its in line with the 120Gig... or if it goes down to the price of the 60GB which is $100 I think which would be $600. You know price per GB that is.

Good news is that shortly after release there should be tools and resources that allow for DIY HD upgrade, just there are for the 120Gb drives now.

Can a larger then 120GB drive be used in the system and on Xbox Live?

No, you cannot use more than 120 because its the biggest size MS ships and you need a serial from an actual 120 drive to spoof a non MS HD. So when they start shipping bigger drives, assuming the same method applies, you could buy bigger non-MS drives for 1/4 of the price and spoof them.:bday:
