I'm gonna build a Propane Water Chiller and I need your help

Hi,
I've decided that I'm going to convert a old propane RV fridge/freezer into a water chiller. I plan on having a 4 gallon res that will be chilled.
I've got a few leads on parts, but I could use some help. If anyone knows of any good places to buy new/used RV parts that be great and if you have any design suggestions throw them out as well.
