I want to network a linux box to a win2k box. How do i go about doing this. My win2k box will have a 2 nic cards, one to my cable internet, the other to the linux box. I want to set the linux box up for folding. If anyone can help that would be great.

Samba is the (only) way to go when sharing files between Windoes and LINUX boxes. Both Mandrake and RedHat are good for networking, but I prefer RedHat overall.

Just set the gateway in your distribution's configuration utility to the IP address of your win2k box.
