anyone that has this motherboard notice there are no heatsinks on the vrm's?

Haha, people have noticed. I myself went away from that board for my sister's build because of that reason.

That is a great board other then that. Add Thermalright's HR-09 MOSFET cooler for ~20$ and you got yourself board of the same quality as UD4P (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128378), except there is no CF support...

You only need it if you're going to OC... but if you won't then no heatsink is fine.

true, altho even then temps will probably be above 40, 50c
