Haha, people have noticed. I myself went away from that board for my sister's build because of that reason.

That is a great board other then that. Add Thermalright's HR-09 MOSFET cooler for ~20$ and you got yourself board of the same quality as UD4P (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128378), except there is no CF support...

You only need it if you're going to OC... but if you won't then no heatsink is fine.
