Bios got resetted, any worries?

Hello,
I was doing some work inside of my case, after I was done, I booted and it told me that the time was reset, all bios settings were reset.. Anyways I set everything back to my likings and its running fine now..

Should I worry? What could've happened? Maybe I resetted it by mistake or something?

This happens to me all the time at work - I fix computers all day.

Usually happens when I don't power down something right .. but I've never had any problems with it after it happened.

I think the P5Q pro that you have has an option in the Bios to save OC profiles. If so, it will make it easier on you in the future to save your current settings and then load them whenever you have an issue. I have 2 profiles available and I have a summer and winter profile saved. Beate having to manually set up all your settings.
