I'm wondering if the 300W psu I have for my system is gonna be enough... my specs are:
-K7S5A SiS735
-AMD Tbird 1.4 Ghz
-TnT2 m64
-Maxtor 40GB HD 7200 RPM
-Yamaha CDRW 20x/10x/40x
-256 DDR pc2100 ram (Micron or Samsung)
-Panasonic 1.44MB 3.5"

I have no current plans to overclock anything except maybe my video card in the near future... so will 300W be fine for now? Thanks..

As long as you don't jack up the core voltage to the CPU, that PSU will work for your current setup.
