Where to buy a black light

hahaha, never heard of a black light before, hahaha, its never been invented either. i mean what exactly is the point of black light? so you could see nothing?

heres a 27" they dont come in 36" i believe, 48" is the next size.. that site has all the cool stuff :)

a light by definition cannot be black

I am very sorry, but there is indeed something called a black light. No, of course, it is not really light that is black. It is, however, a certain type of light that makes certain inks on posters/paintings/etc. glow as if neon.

They are very, very common, and not at all new.

Make sure to specify the type of black light you want, there are 2 types.

BLB (Black light blue) This is the dark UV type light, that barely puts off any visible light. Awesome for neon colors, halloween effects, etc.

BL (Black light) This is the type of light you will see in "bug-zappers". Emits a more visible light.

They standard sizes for these lamps are:
18", 24" and 48".

The first kind mentioned. It is the same kind that you will find at spencer's, head shops, record stores, etc. Anything that looks like a hippy would buy it...;)

hippy stuff is cool... i got a few lava lamps and a cool water fountian in my room.. :)
