No, that's a Dragon Orb. An orange orb looks like this http://www.thermaltake.com/Orange.htm

I don't see them for sale anywhere. Maybe because people use the crystal or blue orb instead.

Many people use them for chipset/gpu cooling, and they work fine for that.
