More Help on Sound Card Needed!!

Once again, I am buying from www.computerboulevard.ca...

Are either of these two sound cards really bad (I plan on getting Altec Lansing speakers, 4 satellites and 1 sub):

Will they (which one?) not work good with the speakers I want to get? What kind of problems will I have? If not for one of these sound cards, which one of the site should I get? I don't want to spend a a lot...

if you dont wanna spend a lot then go to CompUsa or your local computer shop and get yourself the cheapest card they've got.

If your overclocking your PCI bus then get a SB16 they overclock nice and their cheap
