Raid Question

I have two 80gb western digital hard drives. One is SATA, one is IDE. They are the same drives with different interfaces.

Can I put a RAID 0 or RAID 1 setup on these drives? Is it worth the trouble?

You can setup raid via the SATA ports. You will need something like this to convert the IDE drive to SATA though.
