Okay how about this. The Captains are TC, Cy, Zouo, and Speedj. So lets work it how they work it in the real deal. Worst record gets first dibbs. Then just cycle through the order. I feel the order should go like this:

1st pick: Speedj
2nd pick: Zouo
3rd pick: Cy
4th pick: TC

And repeat after that! So captains you got to start and form your team...here are your men:
