This sas connector (SFF 8482) in the middle where it separates data from power, it has a little square (see picture), that little square has pins in the back... what are those little pins for???
I bought a cable for this kind of drives but this cable doesn't have connector in the middle, the drive is working but im just interested on knowing the objective of that little connector?
