Asus P5QL/EPU USB Problem

Hello, I just did a build using the above mentioned motherboard, and the USB ports do not seem to work. My mouse is getting no power from either the back USB ports or the front ones. The optical light just isn't turning on. Keyboard works fine, but keyboard isn't USB.

Could I have to get a new motherboard?

Nevermind on that, I found out the mouse is disfunctional, not the motherboard.
