ok ok... it was my b-day on friday, and my gf got me a Intel Water Cooling kit from www.cool-computers.com and i just got it today!
i hooked it up on her kitchen table with bottled water too test everything out, it looks good, and is really F**king cool! bout time i got one of these things.. anyhow, i have like a barebones type kit... 120mm Panaflow for a 120mm thin radiator / 370 water block and hold down/ a copper intel cpu spacer/ 4x4x4 res w/ and a rio 180 pump sumberge only.. now when i ran it at my gf's house i could feel condensation on the bottom of the block, and i wasnt running the panaflow on the rad either (obviously) but i did however put in refridgerated water... what i'm asking is, should i expect condensation w/o a peltier? would the heat of the processor cancel it out.. and i didnt get any cell foam or neoprine or blah blah w/ it... is this bad? no frost fighter gel or dil. grease and so on... do i need that for this system? and should i let it run for 24hrs before i put it on? ....gimme tips and stuff guys... Thanks alot.. :D
.... this is gunna be fun :p
The cold surface will make the water condence on it. If the water is room temperature or greater you will have no more condensation.
You should put pure clean water in the system. Pure water has the best thermal properties for water cooling.

Always use distilled water. The reason you got condensation was due to the fact you put water straight out of the fridge in to it. Also when you do hook it up in your rig do it like this pump/res-rad-block-pump/res. As for the rad have the fan blowing in to it.

so run it from the res to the rad 1st b4 the block? thanks.. i thought maybe the block 1st because its closer to the pump, getting more force... but cooling it 1st w/ the rad is smart, cool thanks :) ....i cant wait anymore, i'm gunna bleed it alittle now. (just got filtered water from my fridge) hehe :D

If you run it the way I told you it cools the water right before it enter the block. Thats how I did it with mine and when I get the PSU for my Celeron box, I'll be doing it that way with a direct die cooling.
You will never get condensation from your water cooling system because you are not cooling below ambient. Before you fill your system let some water stand out overnight so it will reach room temp. If you don't do this you will end up with condensation.

hmmmm... its up and running but....
same temp as my fop32, kinda dissapointed..
looks cool though :eh?:

633 Celeron... just set it back from 921 @ 1.85v to standard.. 1.70v @ 633 ....same temp as 921.... :eh?: ???
40c both speeds water cooling ... also fop32 40c at 921mhz
its a CUSL2 board.. i'm using the latest Asus Probe.. and running Waterfall in the back :eh?:

you will never expect condensation without a peltier, because you are cooling the water with air which is at ambient temprature, so the coolest the water will get is ambient.

id stop that system a bit and put your pal back on!
i think you have a problem in the watercooling set-up.
im not the expert here but im learning as my system starts install this week.
but that system should be at idle 27c-32c and load 30c-34c
put that fop back on so you dont mess up the pump. prolly only thing would get hurt is the pump, but i doubt even that could happen.
but has to come off anyhow to see the pronlem anyhow.
mabey to pump is pushing water to far above itsself and reducing the flow rate.
not sure mabey these other wrinkle ands can help ya! sorry
