First of all, welcome to the OCF. I think that you'll find a bunch of very civil guys that will be happy to try and help you out.

In order to offer assistance, it might be useful if you could indicate which memory modules you are using, along with the other info from your system (processor, video cards, PSU). Check sigs and you'll get an idea of what info is helpful.

Below is are the timings that OCZ discloses in their specs and which I believe are the more common timings:

CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS

I'm not familiar with your specific motherboard, but if you have found the section in your BIOS showing the choices for memory timings, then you should be able to locate these. If your board is using the ram's SPD to set timings, then you'll have to change the choice to manual, and then proceed to make the selections.

Memory voltage will be a separate selection apart from timings and may or may not be in the same section of your BIOS. If it is not there with the memory selections, then it should be in the section devoted to voltage selections.

I'm sure that some of the guys more familiar with the AMD boards will pop in shortly and give you more specific info, but perhaps this can get you started.

You should be able to find memory timing adjustments in your Memory Timing Control, if you have those options.
You DRAM Voltage settings will be in your VOLTAGES CONTROL.
