Is Black and White XP compatible. It installed and ran but when it autosaved after I completed level 1 (went through the vortex) it crashed with this error (see attachment).

I tried running in Win95 and then 98/Me compatibility mode, but it wouldn't run. It ran in win2k and Nt compatibility mode, but still crashed.

Right click the autorun icon on the cd,then try the compatibility wizard for 98,you will have to reinstall it this way though.

I had the same problem with a certian music download program same error all i did was removed it from my directory and to my desktop and it worked fine after that dont know if that would help you or not.

Reinstalled and patched it - problem only comes back intermittently now. Thanks for th hlp guys! :D
