GOOD Helo game ala Commanche Gold

I loved Commanche Gold, that game was the best.

My favorite part was the flight controls, getting a hang of the collective, and trying to learn to fly, was challenging, and rewarding.

Are there any good helicopter games out there?

Something new with new graphics, and realistic flight controls? I have played the Desert Combat mod for bf1942, and that is decent, but I am looking for something on par with that (or better) graphically, with more realistic flight controls.

Any ideas?

DCS: black shark is by far the best heli sim out there right now. http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/

The game is hard, fun, and realistic :). Plus they are adding other platforms to the engine so you can fly a10s and apaches too.
