How many Use air Ducts to cool

Just curious how many people use ducts.This new box I installed ducts on has the lowest temps of all my systems.I played with cardboard duct prior and always got lower tewmps.So on this new build I decided to create custom ducts that looked good and performed the task of bringing the room air directly to my heat sinks.AT full load I hit 39c,,,thats 5c lower than with out the ducts and 4c cooler than any prior system.

So chime in those who use then and post before duct temps and after duct temps..Thanks

i was think about buying an air duct but i wasnt sure how well it would perform in my already crowded mid tower

I used to duct with my sk6.The method I used was to pull off the fan on the heatsink and Installed a 120mm fan on the case to exhaust the hot air from the heatsink through a cardboard duct that was just touching the face of the heatsink and pulling the cool air through the fins and out the case.I also had 2 more 120mm fans drawing the cool air in.Doing it this way there was no heat build up from the heatsink in the case because it was all being pulled out thru the duct.My temps were about 8c lower than just having a 7000 rpm ys tech fan on the heatsink.

I havent ducted any of my fans (6) yet...but Im thinking of ducting one fan straight to the CPU, and one fan to the GPU...I really need better cooling on my GPU (2 fans now) before im willing to OC it more..lol...
