Watercoolin temps

just got watercooling and set my loop up like this: pump >> vid card block >> CPU >> rad >> pump. i get about 40c not loaded at about 44c loaded. i've seen some lower temps w/ watercooling.. could it be my loop or do i just have a bad rad? my system is at 2.1v 1796mhz (see sig for system). here are some pics of my system b4 i added the anti-freeze.

Why the video card before the cpu?

well since i would think the cpu gets hotter than the gpu, so if i put the gpu after the cpu it would just be heating up the gpu and a waste.
