Will this HSF fit my mobo?

I looked online already, and found nothing. will the Swiftech MCXC370 fit on my shuttle AK31 rev 3.1? Does anyone have this combo? How are your temps?

The size of the base of the Glaciator II you have is just about the same as that of the MCXC370. Actually, the Swiftech is just about a mm on each side smaller. Imagine your Glaciator II with the base not cut away on the sides (a la Glaciator I) and that should give you an idea of the 370's base.
