I am looking for some type of free "Notepad" software that has a spell checker. If you guys have any suggestions let me know.

Thanks :)

Hey, download Netscape Navigator (I know, it's blasphemous to suggest such a thing) but hey... it comes with Netscape Composer that can be used as a notepad type thing and it has Spell Checker :)

Assuming your using Windows or Linux why not get StarOffice from Sun?

it's just like MS Word WITH Spellcheck and FREE!!!

I use Notetab (http://www.notetab.com) for doing html. It has multiple windows and spellcheckers along with a few other extras.

A AWSOME HTML editer is CuteHTML.

if that is what you want it has tons of features and makes the hand coding/editing pretty sweet, and I do think it has spellchecker too.

eh?

there is a thing on downloads.com that sits in your system tray until you click then you can type something and then close and it goes right back to your system tray
