Slot 1 PIII 500 O/C'ing tips

Has anybody got a clue how to overclock the slot 1 pentium III 500 as i havent got a clue where to start!!! give me an Athlon and i know what i'm doing.... please help!!! thanx

Since the multiplier is locked, the only way to overclock it is to raise the FSB by changing the settings through the motherboard. Of course, this is assuming you have a motherboard that allows FSB adjustment.

Check the BIOS; there will be adjustments in there for controlling FSB if the mobo is capable of them.
