JW about overclocking my MB because im new to this i don't know if it will benefit me to overclock it or not, nor do i know how to go about it, all i have done is overclocked my cpu atm and im trying to find stable system for that

Your already over clocking... Q6600 @ 3.5GHZ is 1.1GHZ over clocked from stock.... you drunk?

System Specs~
Intel Q6600 (1.5vcore 3.5MHz)
EVGA nForce 680i SLI
A-Data DDR2800(PC2 6400) cas-5-5-5-18 (1.8v)
BFG 8800GTx2 SLI
ABS Tagan BZ Series BZ800 800W ATX12V Power Supply
Antec Performance One P180 Case

if that is what we are talking about for over clocking?

Right, your other two threadsare not covering this issue already? Looks to be.

I wouldnt start multiple threads for the same issue as it will be confusing for those helping, but more importantly, confusing for you trying to follow the advice across 3 threads now. ;)

overclocking the MB and processor are the same thing? im confused...

Yes it is. You are using the motherboard to overclock teh CPU!
