GIGABYTE GA-MA790FXT-UD5P one of the front Panel USB's not working this normal?

Everything else seems to be working ok with it but one of the front panel USB connectors doesn't seem to work at all, when I plug a usb device into it it doesn't even get power, the other front panel connector works just fine. I really don't wanna do the PITA RMA so was hoping maybe this has happened and is normal for some other people?

Fixed it, I tracked it down to the wiring in the case, I had zip tied it too tight and it pulled off one of the front panel connectors. I pushed it back on and up and running again.
