Hi there guys, as the title mentions my borther's comp is running the Q9550 on a Gigabyte UD3R, a 8800 GTS (92), a Xfi xtreme music card, a couple dvd burners, fan controller (lampton FC-3 controller), some 4 fans 120 (noctua, inside case), and probably a a liquid cooling system consisting of the Swiftech MCP655-B, a HW Black Ice GTX360 with three Panaflo 120x38mm High Speed FBA12G12H1BX

He has the corsair 520HX modular psu, and I was wondering if it is tough enough to run a nice overclock with those liquid cooling components or will he need the the 620 at least? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

It is more than enough. That system would max out at ~420W (27.8A on 12V) at 100% load on all components.
