I don't care that your building your own case. This is a cooling forum.
You don't need fliud mechanics math.
You find your front stuff by looking, I don't care.
Flashy whatever I don't care.
You want to focus on watercooling your rig or not? Or going high end air cooling?
FOCUS my young one, lets not make a laundry list of what color you want to paint the bottom of your butt.

Okay, great. Your listening. Now I have a instruction for you from a Fallout II Shelter. I can't disclose the location, but you get a Bobblehead of +2 of watercooling knowledge and a +5 of respect from us.
'Take a week off, use the links provided here by me and learn, read, quit asking silly questions.'
That is your task. Your prize is listed, the questions you'll need to answer is:
1. What TWO pumps are most commonly used in a modern WC loop?
2. What is the term Delta T mean in watercooling?
3. What rad company makes the PA 120.3? Pay attention to the . between the 0 and 3.
Maybe then we can help you quit typing and build the darn thing. It's getting old, I'd rather ignore and move on to intelligent life.
The link, pretty fun to read. Start from the top, it gets good, physical threats etc.

Good post. Most of the new posters on most water cooling forums around the net could benefit enormously from reading the above post before asking questions about the loop they're thinking of putting together.

Though, the hybrid build you linked to from XS was a good read.

Yea, that rig at XS was very very tempting! Already had a heat exchanger for the chilled water built in, I liked that. If I see something like that for sale I'll really be tempted. If I could pump 60F water to my loop in the summer and place the setup outside or something like that. Having 84F ambient summer temps in the afternoon sucks. I haven't overclocked my rig because I don't want to heat up my sweatbox anymore than I do already. We run evaporative cooling for our house, so when it's 80F inside, the humidity is 65% or so. So I couldn't run really cold water due to condensation.

Wow. That initial loop was an abomination. It wouldn't have been so bad if he hadn't gone in saying "I've never done watercooling before but I'm really smart and I've made the best most efficient loop ever." :D

Nice, at least you finally got the OP to start listening a bit and start taking a serious look at what he was attempting to achieve.

Nice thread... man I gotta start lurk'n Tom's again. I wouldn't sweat the death threat Conundrum... I have a feeling the only things that guy will be "pack'n" are the various components he can get RMA'd after the leaks start.

Naa, the packing thing was pretty funny, it gave me an opening to get him to calm down and realize what he was doing.

Death threats?
I must have quit reading before it got wild.
Is it official then? water coolings deadly serious stuff give or take risk of electricution and possibly dronwning (if really small)
maybe you should have reviewed his parts list just to be safe
honestly Conumdrum winding folk up? what you like #Chuckles#

And be nice to ppl.... u never know what the person at the other end of the table packs....
thats wht forums are for- sharing info..--POLITELY
Heh, not so much a "death threat" I guess, but close enough with the use of a little hyperbole. My poor attempt at levity, I'm afraid. :D
I would still have to agree with wc'ing being deadly serious, however. I'm not looking forward to the day when my gf finds how much I've spent these past few months amassing the parts for my next rig. *shudders*

I did wonder... thought I did read the whole thing
but then again im quite dizzy some times (amazed ive survived this long #Laughs#)
wouldnt make a very good `who dun it` if Conumdrum goes missing anyhow
not even if we dug up Bogart to investigate.
to be honest though people with the huff on hammering out opinions at each other is a colossal waste of time.... unless your really enjoying it I guess #Chuckles#

Awwww... poor guy. I kind'a feel bad for him, in a way... it sucks when someone walks away bitter and learns nothing. At least he won't be threatening anybody else with his "packages" I guess.
