Hello Everyone,

Finally having fixed the stuttering issues with my HTPC setup, now I am having an issue with audio and video gradually desyncing. My videos play fine and smoothly at first but after 30 minutes of playback the screen becomes pixelated for about 3 seconds or so, and the audio slowly becomes unsynced from the video. I can see the lips moving but audio delayed.

I am running Windows 7 with a core 2 duo 2.93ghz CPU, 4gb of memory, 60hz setting in nvidia control panal and a sony 46inch TV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My W7 Media Center is fairly new, and all I've watched on it so far is Live TV and pre-recorded TV - no long-form Videos/Movies as of yet. I can say I have not seen the issue when watching 1 Hour TV Programs.

If you Stop/Pause the Video, and resume it does the problem resolve itself? Do you have current W7 drivers for Video and Sound?

I should also mention I'm using an HD4650 with integrated HDMI Audio (built in Audio on the Video Card), so maybe that is helping my A/V stay in sync. I'm also running the most recent Windows-7-Codecs from 007 Shark or whatever...
