XP Remote Access/MSN Messanger

Hi

I've recently installed xp on my computer, and it's been running great. It plays all my games without a hitch.

But it won't let me use remote access, any msn messanger features (micophone, vid confrencing, whiteboard, send a file), or Morpheus. I have no idea what could be causing the problem. I am not running a firewall, and I've disabled the MS one.

I dual booted 98se/XP just in case something like this happens, and everything works ok.

it should all work. make sure you have the latest version of windows messenger and disable the built in xp firewall if it is enabled by just going into network connections choosing your internet connection whether it be cable (lan) or dialup. Then click properties and it will be under the advanced tab titled internet connection firewall. Just uncheck the box and u should b allright.
