Notebook Coolers? Thermapak? Anyone use them?

After an hour or so of X-Plane or Flight Sim X or whatever else I'm doing, my MacBook Pro starts getting very hot and starts slowing down as a result of thermal throttling. I'm thinking of buying a cooler, and xoxide's unfortunate going out of business sale would be a perfect place to get one. Can anyone recommend one? I'm thinking about trying out the Thermapak, because a) it's only $10, b) it's silent, and c) it's supposed to keep your computer about 10C cooler, vs the 5-6C I've seen reported for the fan based coolers. Can anyone recommend this, or something else?
