Well pardon the first post thing, but i have to vote for the gigabyte board. I've used both the p5q and the ud3p on my q9650, and got higher fsb (498x9 so far) from the gigabyte and less dram troubles from the gigabyte board. for me the gigabyte board was much more forgiving then the asus board was. I also used a x38 rampage with a q6600 G0, and only got to 3.2 ghz on it.I feel the ROG boards are overpriced if the software supplied isnt used. Others here have different opinions I'm sure.

It does I was actually leaning twoards the gigabyte board cause with asus it seems like more troubles and money for just a lcd poster and a clrmos button.....
