jalopnik had something about this, alot of people seemed to think there was not an engine in the 59, i dont see why there wouldnt be, both the V8's and Straight 6's are common in the world now. and also it wasnt a museum peice either it was an average car

In the Renault vs Volvo vid, I was pretty surprised at how much the Volvo crumpled.

i wrecked a 64 chevy once. it was not fun flipping end over end at 65mph. try that in a new chevy.
i didnt get hurt either.
