I have an Asus P6T Deluxe V2 motherboard. It has 6 Sata connectors and I have 4 hard drives, plus a Sata CD, plus the external Sata connection on the front panel. That takes up all 6 connectors. What options do I have if I want to add another Sata drive?

Do you need the eSATA connection up front? There is an eSATA connection in the back.

There are always expansion cards to give you more ports. Here is one cheap example. I'm not advocating this product as I've never used it, it's just an example. There are also multiple-hundreds of dollars RAID cards if that floats your boat, but it doesn't sound like that's your goal.
