So the other day I traded my Viper V770 TNT2 for a Asus V7100pure GF2-MX (the original MX), it came from an office PC, LOL! It boosted my 3Dmark2001 score by 1300 points but I understand it takes just a little bump to have it run at the speed of a MX-400. What proggy is the best for this? Cuz I have no clue...

Hey Lance you have the same story as me.

I traded my Diamond Viper V770 TNT2 for Asus V7100 MX400 then now I RMAed it back to Asus V7100 Magic Series MX200 :(

I use NVMax for my card I find it really friendly with my cards over RivaTuner and Powerstrip.

I tried using RivaTuner on my GF2MX400, but it wouldn't keep the core timing setting. It kept setting it back to default. I'll check out NVMax.

Thanx guys! (LOL@Yodums!) I got the latest version of NVmax at nvmax.com and cranked her up from 175/166 to 200/200. (MX400 is 200/166) 3DMark2001 scores went up from 2340 to 2710 and all this on a 89Mhz 1x AGP bus!!! Gonna loop the 3Dmark demo all night long too see if this really is stable...
