Cant load seti driver

Im trying to load setidriver but it ask for a command line client.Dont know what it asks for.

Make sure you have the three clients in one folder: SetiSpy, Command Line Version, and SetiDriver.

Through the instructions given by Bashers theres a zip file directly on the site w/ 3 of them.
