Certainly an interesting waterblock, not sure how it performs.
Any idea what size that tubing is, senfu used to do a kit with stupidly small tubing. The radiator is somewhat restrictive but adequate for a non-pelt setup. Nice looking res, can;t really say much about the pump either. Doesn't look bad for itps price overall.
For $150 I would go with a dangerden system. I would like to see how this new kit works out though.
That water block looks like it will work great. Is it like a standard heatsink inside a bottle. Maybe a bit too tall but it should have a lot of surface area which makes good heat transfer which makes good cooling.

I donīt know what prices you have, but aint no $150 buying you a dengerden system over here, thatīs for sure. Propably not in da US either, $200 at least.

Henry.
I'm a DangerDen fan. I heard the Senfu waterblocks start to wear out and begin to leak after awhile... Not too sure but if you want to go for it.

The first version of the Senfu block was made out of aluminium. This toghther with the copper radiotor caused a reaction that made the water block rapidly wear down. This version is made out of copper(although the base is aluminium), so it should be better.

Al base? how odd usually the go for copper base and al upper as the base is easy to machine compared to the rest. also cu base makes more diff than al upper.

Yah, I got a bit surprised when I read that too. There must be some point to it....the rest is copper so itr can hardly be a cost issue.

You can put a system together for under $150 using Danger Den componants. I did it. The only compromise was using a Danner pump and vinyl tubing. I can't say enough about the quality of Danger Den products and service.

I recently got a DD maze2-1, it's a great block, really well made. Was lapped to a reasonable standard but I gave it a bit more of a lap and polish then lacquered the top and sides, came out pretty well I think. :)

Dangerden stuff to get here(and it IS cheaper than importing it from the US): maze2 + eheim 1046 + vater tank + Black Ice radiator + tubing and stuff= about $230.
It is after all a $80 difference, something I aint prepared to pay.

Henry.
