Is this new? Seems like a deal. The real question is what do you need it for? Does it fit your needs or are you just biting at a deal?

I got it for even lower at $230 (and yes it is new). Also I did need a new laptop, nothing too fancy just an internet/office user. My old laptop served me well, an Inspiron 9100, but the battery no longer works so I had to lug the power brick with me everywhere. I was going to ask for a netbook for Christmas but this was too good to pass up. I actually told my Dad and he had me pick one up for my younger brother for Christmas.
