Asus striker extreme II (help-opinions)

hello guys,

My computer consider::

Asus extreme striker II nforce 790i ultra sli
Intel core extreme quad 9770 3.2Ghz 1600Mhz fsb
4*1GB Ocz sli ready edition 1600Mhz (7-7-7-24)
2* 285GTX 1GB 2-way sli

I have flash my motherboard to the last version of bios
also i used liquid water cooling ( it's 2 different loop) for my
Cpu-GPu-NB-SB-MOSFEs and ram...

I;m trying to overclocking my cpu but i can't set over 9.5Multyplier....
i set 1.4V at cpu 1.9V ram and 1.5V on NB ( SB it's 1.34) but nothing.

The computer give me a blue screen and sometimes it's freeze....

Also i have run memtest86 (original cd) with default setting and i didn't have any problem, if i set at least 1Mhz on cpu or ram it's fail..

Now i need some other information or some opinion from your experience..

My first test..

Volts::
cpu 1.455V
NB 1.40V
SB 1.35V
RAM 2.10V

Multypliers 8x
ram 1600Mhz 9-9-9-21
UNLINKEN mode
FSB 1700Mhz
oc 3.8Ghz (fail memtest86)

this is one test that i have make...
cpu didn't let me to change multypliers up to 9.5x also if
i try to set higher frequency on fsb or set for example 8*500 it's fail on memtet86
my cpu is running alone on one different loop and the tempture it's about
20C-35C without volt and overclocking and the same thing for my NB-SB
temptures are very low and i don't know what's going wrong...


please let me know all information that you have for this cpu and mobo...
i don't know what to say.. it's stranger...
