I saw the thread about "post pics of your waterblock", but I wanted to start this one anyway. I am looking for a list of people who have made their own waterblocks, but I mean actually cut metal.

An example would be like cross drilling a piece of copper, not taking the sqaure end of a PVC pipe cap.

The reason I would like the list, is to find out if anyone can make my design for me. I plan on having the prototype made, tested and if it works well, sell the design to a manufacturer.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanx-
James

What are you thinking of? I am getting the materials I need today to make a few cross drilled blocks. If your design isn't to complex I may be able to give it a try.

Well it's basically a watersink, and I want the pins or fins to be either cut out or forged, maybe even pressed, but not soldered. I have to go through a few designs tonight because i found some improvements that I can make with the original.
