The price for pro is not bad. Though I already got my copy through student promotion for $30. :)

So on an "oem",, can you reinstall after the first install?
Like if I decide to do a major hardware upgrade, can I use the same copy on the same rig but with different parts?

In the past for XP, if I was ever forced to call Microsoft for activation...I would just make up something like, "Hard drive crashed, bought a new one" or similar.

I really want the 3pack for Pro though. But I am worried its only going to come out in Upgrade form. I want to split the cost between myself, father and brother.

ya thats all i have ever done if i needed to move an OEM copy around. granted its only good on one comp but i say if you bought it you can use it on as many comps as you want so long as its only on one at a time.

I don't suppose the RTM ISOs that Microsoft had released early would work with OEMs? If you installed with those, and then bought the OEM hoping to use it for Activation.

Well, considering that it looks like they faked both the Truste and BBB verification, this website does not look very trustworthy.

Yeah googling will gives you TONS of sites like that. None of which I would ever trust.

Google is a great thing, but can also lead you to bad places!!

In the Terms and Conditions on that EUROSOFTWARE site it clearly states.

Just put down 130 for Professional at zzf

Unfortunately i'm out of school so I couldn't get the crazy good deals but 130 seems to be the right price for me.

Too bad the prices of the 3-pack do not make it a deal.
