Testing new build (see signature)
Core voltage Idle and Prime load temps are fine using Hardware Monitor and Coretemp, also BIOS and Easy tune 6.
In HM under IT87 chip SYS and CPU are apparently normal yet there is a brief spike from say 35C to 77C where there is after a few seconds a return to normal. So max temp shows as 77C with operating value as normal. However, the CPU drops to reading of say 23C when coretemp shows core as 36C at idle.
Additionally there are fan speeds other than cpu displaying speeds of up to 675000rpm????? even when I have no other fans to mobo.

I am wondering if this is aberrant temp of 77C or perhaps relates to software and cpu fan speed variation glitch? Or even something else.
Also what other Diagnostic software might I use to compare accuracy with HM?
I have tried to get to bottom of this through other threads.

Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks.

Edit: This occurs at native 2.93 and OC 3.025.
