Yup, this is for the writers and content editors gathering and producing content for the frontpage.

Similar to other large community efforts made up of volunteers in the open source model, we're going to try to work on an open basis. Nothings final, and we'll adjust as necessary as we move forward, but this is how we're starting out.

There's a decent amount of work yet to do here, as we're still making content editor assignments, and I'm still writing stickies for this section which better explain how this is going to work. In the interim, we just need people writing stuff and content editors finding more people interested in writing stuff.
