Here are a few pics of the pelt/watercool rig I've just built. This is the first time I've tried watercooling, so I would appreciate any feedback you peeps can give me. I'm using a D-Tek Customs radiator/ shroud with a 110 cfm Sunon 120 fan. I have a DD maze1-C1 waterblock/coldplate and a Tedist Drift1.15-120watt pelt. I'm using an Eheim 1250 waterpump and the reservoir I made out of a 4X4X4 plastic waterproof electrical box. I have everything plubed with 1/2 lines and fittings.
The only thing that I've found that I have to change on this setup is to move my pelt psu outside of the case as I found that it puts out a lot of heat. I'm going to get some kind of plastic box to mount on the top of the case and extend the pelt wire so that I can get this extra heat out of my case and close it up.

This is the radiator/shroud/fan. I mounted it in the bottom of the case because of clearance problems for mounting in the top. It would have been a little too tight a fit over the top of my psu.

This is how I ended up mounting my water pump.
good job looks good:burn:
Yea, looks great. Can you tell me how to put a pelt and water block on?
Well, jumped in and did watercooling and peltier cooling on the first try?
Nice clean, well thought out system.
Excellent job!

I did a lot of reading and research before trying this out; been thinking about it for most of a year. I didn't want to fry any nice expensive components like cpu and mobo and such. There are a lot of knowledgable people here on this forum that helped a lot by posting their experiences in various threads and I know that it would have been a lot harder to do without the help.:)
As far as mounting the pelt and waterblock, I used the DD maze 1C1, which is made for for clipping on the socket clips. It has 1/4 inch cold plate with four screws in the corners to clamp the pelt with, with allen head screws so you can get it really tight. You make up the wb, pelt and coldplate, then mount it on the proc with the clip.
The only big mistake I made was to try to mount the pelt psu inside the case because it puts out too much heat for my liking. I'm going to go down to the electrical supply house I deal with and see if I can find a plastic box to fit the pelt psu in, and mount it on top of my case. I'll put a fan or 2 in the plastic psu box so that the pelt psu will be well ventilated. I'm also going to mount a pilot light by the pelt/pump switch so that it is readily visible whether they are on or off too. The D-Tek Customs radiator is also working out very well. I would recommend it highly and the shroud that they sell is well made too.
