ATX or mATX

More specificaly
Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD4 or
Gigabyte GA-P55-UD4

Is there a performance difference or just few connectors here and there?
Difference is around 20 EUR but I find mATX 'Cooler'

well i have never used the P55-UD4 so i cant speak to it. though a few here are using that board and it is ocing rather well. the P55M-UD4 is handling a [email protected] with no problems.
