with my Delta 60mm 50CFM, my pc sounds like a loud f*cking vacum cleaner and it is insanly annoying. Is there anytype of foam i can use to line the pc to significantly quiet my system? Will it cause temps to increase? Anybody have any suggestions? this pc is driving me insane!

I know that acoustic foam will do the job. You can order some at
http://www.foamorder.com/products.cgi?cart=d1X0z0n11M201M961M66n9B1c2U&item=acoustic
i cut up a mouse pad and stuck it inbetween the fan and the case and that quieted the whole thing down for me. works really well but can kind of get very annoying when doing it. cheap supplies too.
2cooltek carries something called "sonex" that you can put inside your case to absorb some sound (2-3dBA).

dynamat is amoung the best but w/ the exception of price, used in cars to dampent the noise, heard it works great but not used it before
This was talked about in another thread & Dynamat was not recommended by some OCer's. see ( http://forums.overclockers.ws/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=57483 )

BEEN there and done that. I just sold my Delta 60 to a sucker yesterday. That was one loud annoying fan. It did cool but I couldnt stand the noise. The vacuum analogy is very accurate.
sell it and get an 80mm they are much quieter.
good luck
